Office Cosmopolitan was established by Tomohide Koh, in January 1995. Our Office specializes in immigration procedures (procedures related to visas), incorporation procedures, business licenses acquisition, labor and social insurance procedures, payroll service and personnel management for foreign clients who need such procedures in Japan. Our services have been provided for not only non-Japanese individuals but also many prestigious foreign-financed companies and show business celebrities (Entertainment visas).
Our services are available in Japanese, English and Korean languages.

Left for the U.S. to study in 1989 and graduated from Drake Business School in 1991. Returned to Japan and established Office COSMOPOLITAN in January 1995, and have served for foreign clients for many years. (Published many books on his professional field)

Office Manager

Originally from Jilin Province, China, she came to Japan in 2012 after graduating from university in China. The following year, she passed the JLPT N1. She then studied trade and international logistics at Tokyo School of Business. While balancing child-rearing and work, she supports client companies with her language skills in Chinese, Korean, and Japanese, as well as her practical experience.

Seonock LEE

Originally from Goyang, South Korea, she graduated from a university in South Korea and worked in human resources and general affairs for a local company. In 2009, she moved to Japan with their family, balancing child-rearing with their career. Leveraging extensive practical experience and excellent Japanese language skills, she currently supports numerous client companies. she holds the JLPT N1 certification and is proficient in both Japanese and Korean.

Heiji KOU

Originally from Fujian Province, China, he came to Japan in 2013 as an exchange student. After passing the JLPT N1 the following year, he graduated from the Graduate School of Economics at Kokushikan University. With experience in HR and labor affairs, he is currently preparing for the Social Insurance and Labor Consultant Exam. Leveraging exceptional language skills and practical experience, he supports many Chinese companies expanding into Japan. He is proficient in Japanese and Chinese.
